Friday, March 20. 2009Back to Work!
Okay, my vacation and personal life are over (that is a joke). I'm back to working on the game.
Things have been very hectic. Heck, they still are! But I have promised a few things and I keep my promises. I should have a new version available to test in a week or two. Thanks for your patience. BTW, if you haven't bought the game yet, I lowered the price to .99 cents this morning. The game has nearly reached the end of its life, and this is the last hurrah. I suppose greedy people would move on to another project to make money. But I did this for my love of tower defense games, and I'm not done with this game yet! Trackbacks

You straight rock Chad! I really hope that after Besiegement is finished you start a new game... Developers like you are hard to come by. Once they get their game out there in the market they could care less if its not exactly finished or where fans think it should be. An action RPG game from you would be KILLER!
Hey chad,
I am a big besigement fan and have beat the game up to it's current version. The thing I want the most is the ability to fight a "final boss stage" in the dark tower pyramid that you get to in the story mode. That would cap off the story mode nicely an male everything feel complete. Great work and thank you so much for giving me many hours of entertainment. I really hope you make more TDs. You do fantastic work.
Yes, my original plans was to include a secret final stage that was the evil castle. If you beat it, it would open the evil levels (where you plan right-to-left as evil). But, as all things, it fell by the wayside. I might still add a final level in, but the entire evil aspect of the game has been moved back to my plans for Besiegement 2.
Hey Chad,
While new to the game I'd level an endless mode with randomized enemy distribution (mixing swarmers, hulks, and others all in a single wave of ever ramping difficulty).
Yes, that is what I am working on now. There will be a fixed pattern endless mode and a randomized endless mode, each with varying difficulties and screen layouts.
Positive proof THIS IS the coolest TD game on the planet, thanks!
